Kulwinder leads field operations at Unibuild with five years on the team and 25+ years of construction experience. With a Diploma in Civil Engineering, he runs day-to-day site execution, trade coordination, and quality control.

Harminder has been a project manager at Unibuild for two years, with 10+ years of construction experience and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering. He keeps schedules, budgets, and site quality on track across the active portfolio.
Jaspreet Kaur
Jaspreet has been coordinating Unibuild projects for three years, drawing on 15+ years of professional experience and an MBA. She is the day-to-day point of contact for owners, consultants, and trades from kickoff through closeout.
